2. Cookies & Analytics

We use a single first‑party session cookie for authentication.
Anonymous page‑view analytics are collected via Plausible (no cookies).

3. How We Use Data

Deliver, maintain, and improve PagerBolt.
Provide customer support and incident diagnostics.
Send you essential service e‑mails (invoices, downtime notices).
With your opt‑in, send product updates or marketing content (unsubscribe any time).

We do not sell or rent your data. We share it only with:

Hosting and infrastructure providers (AWS, Fly.io).
Communication vendors (Slack, Twilio, etc.) to deliver your messages.
Payment processor (Stripe).
Law‑enforcement when required by law.

All subprocessors are listed on our Status page and are subject to GDPR‑compliant data‑processing agreements.

5. Security

TLS 1.3 in transit; AES‑256 at rest.
Per‑tenant encryption keys.
Annual external penetration tests.
Employee access limited by role and logged.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data. E‑mail [email protected] to exercise these rights; we will respond within 30 days.

7. Children

PagerBolt is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from them.

8. International Transfers

We store data in the United States and, if you choose the EU region, in Germany. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses for cross‑border transfers.

9. Changes

We will post any privacy changes on this page and, if they are significant, e‑mail account owners 14 days before they take effect.
